By signing up for our Winter CSA, you’re reserving a weekly mushroom share for the full 12-week season (Jan 15–Apr 2). Quantities and varieties change week to week based on what’s fruiting — that’s part of the fun. All mushrooms are freshly harvested and intended to be enjoyed within a few days of pickup or delivery.

Please note that mushrooms may trigger allergies for some individuals. By participating, you accept responsibility for knowing what you can safely eat.

Madcap Mushrooms is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation after pickup or delivery.

CSA shares are paid upfront and non-refundable. If you miss a pickup or delivery, we can’t replace that week’s share — mushrooms wait for no one. If we ever need to skip or adjust a week on our end, we’ll make it right with a replacement or extension.

Any updates or changes to the CSA will be shared via email or our usual communication channels.

We grow with care, but nature has the final say. In rare cases of crop issues, we may substitute varieties, adjust quantities, or issue a partial credit. By participating, you agree to store, handle, and cook mushrooms safely.
